Interesting People I See At College Meets

Over the past few years I've seen some St. Joe's alumni runners at various college meets. Here's just a few that I have photographed at those meets.

Jim Flannery @ Lehigh University's Paul Short Invite

Jim at the 2004 College Paul Short Invitational when he was running for Princeton. He went undefeated as a freshman at St. Joseph's and won a few County and State titles.

Jon in one of the most bizarre finishes I have ever seen!

Jonathon Salamon had this race 'in the books' until he was tripped just short of the finish line. He went from 1st place in the 2004 800m Parochial 'A' Championship to missing the Meet of Champions as other runners jumped over, ran around and finished before he crawled over the finish line.

Ray Driscoll & Family at the Naval Academy

Today at the 2007 Salty Seadog Invitational - Ray is the best runner to come out of St. Joseph's HS in recent memory (check the record board) and also a great person. He was captain of the team when he competed for Navy.
